What type of cuisine do you serve?

A perfect blend! The majority of our meals feature authentic Moroccan cuisine with a contemporary touch – plus we include some European and global classics to keep things exciting.

Options for allergies?

Yes, Bella Vista provides options for guests with food allergies or special dietary needs. Please let us know your requirements before your arrival.

Are drinks included? Is the water safe to drink?

We provide filtered water, tea and coffee for free. Soft drinks and smoothies are available in the village in different shops and coffees.

We provide filtered drinking water throughout the camp for your safety. We can also have reusable water bottles available to reduce plastic waste while keeping you hydrated.

Do you accommodate vegetarians and special dietary needs?

Absolutely – we prepare vegetarian and vegan meals daily. Just inform us ahead of time about any food allergies or specific requirements, and we'll happily customize your dining experience.

Do you provide packed lunches for day trips?

Absolutely! If you're heading out for excursions or surf adventures, we'll prepare fresh packed lunches with Moroccan specialties, fruits, and plenty of water to keep you energized.

Can I eat outside the camp if I want to try local restaurants?

Of course! While all meals are included, you're welcome to explore local dining in Tamraght village. We're happy to recommend our favorite spots, though please note that we cannot be responsible for food quality or safety at external restaurants.

Are meals included in the package?

It depends on your package! Most of our packages include all meals – breakfast, lunch, and dinner freshly prepared daily, plus healthy snacks. However, some custom packages may vary. Contact us to discuss your specific needs or create a personalized package for you or your group.

Can you prepare birthday cakes or special occasion meals?

Yes! We love celebrating with our guests. Just give us advance notice and we'll prepare something special – whether it's a traditional Moroccan birthday treat or a customized celebration meal.

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my booking?

Yes – we require a 30% deposit to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid on arrival in cash (EUR or MAD) at the camp reception.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal for deposits and bank transfers for the final balance, which must be completed 1 month before arrival. We're introducing credit card payments soon. Cash is only needed for extra activities or services booked directly at the camp during your stay.

Cancellation Policy?

4+ weeks before arrival: Free cancellation with full refund, no charges.
‍0-4 weeks before arrival: No refunds available. Full payment will be charged to your credit card.
‍During your stay: No refunds for shortened stays or cancelled add-on services.
‍Group bookings: If members cancel, remaining guests cover any increased per-person costs.

0% Surf Level - is that accepted?

Absolutely, Yes! Our surf coaching is designed for all levels – whether you’ve never touched a board or want to improve your pop-up, you’ll feel supported and safe.

What if I'm an advanced surfer?

Perfect! While our standard lessons accommodate all levels, advanced surfers can add specialized coaching sessions during booking. You'll join regular group lessons plus get personalized instruction to work on advanced techniques, wave reading, and performance surfing.

Can I bring my own surfboard and wetsuit?

Of course! You're welcome to bring your own gear if you prefer. However, we already have everything ready – quality surfboards and 3/2 wetsuits in all sizes are available for your use, so you can travel light and stress-free.

Recommended wetsuit?

During cooler seasons (autumn, winter, spring), a 3/2 wetsuit is perfect, while summer months are comfortable with just a shorty. If you get cold easily in water, consider bringing a 4/3 wetsuit. All our packages include 3/2 wetsuits for your use.

What's the best time for surfing in Morocco?

Morocco delivers excellent surf conditions throughout the year, but September through April provides the most reliable swells and pleasant temperatures. This season is ideal for surfers of every skill level.

Do you offer group discounts or custom packages?

Absolutely! We provide special group rates and can create fully customized packages tailored to your group's specific needs – whether that's extended stays, private yoga sessions, special dietary requirements, or exclusive camp bookings. Contact us to discuss your group size and preferences for a personalized quote.
